Grove Bay Hospitality Group, home to Michelin Awarded Celebrity Chef Jeremy Ford, seeks energetic team members for its Miami Beach restaurant. You will support servers, assist with food service, and help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include delivering food, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean, organized station while providing exceptional service. Competitive benefits and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven experience in the restaurant industry.
• Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serving complimentary snacks to guests once they are seated.
• Wrapping utensils in napkins accordingly.
• Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Preparing tables for arriving guests by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Delivering food to tables when Servers are busy.
• Responding to guests' requests and informing management of any complaints.
• Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
• Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
