Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration with Kitchen staff.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure that all items are properly cleaned, dried, and stored in designated areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables, as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Adhere to proper sanitation procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth flow of dishes and utensils during service.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of dishwashing supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
