Job summary

Pinstripes, Inc. is seeking energetic Server Assistants to support our upscale dining and entertainment venue offering Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. You will help servers, prepare stations, stock supplies, and help create a memorable guest experience.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; our training program will set you up for success. Must be 18+, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a neat appearance and grooming as part of our team culture.

You will assist servers in taking care of guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce.

Server Assistants are essential for maintaining and executing the service flow, serving as the backbone of Pinstripes. They provide ongoing support for Servers during the shift, assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown. Their expertise lies in venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.

Requirements:

• Provides memorable guest service
• Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
• Assist and work with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
• Help personalize the experience
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
• Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines
