Job summary

Pinstripes is seeking servers to deliver memorable guest service in an upscale entertainment venue featuring Bistro dining, Bowling, and Bocce. You will take and deliver orders, answer menu questions, and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Training is provided to help you succeed from day one, with competitive hourly pay + tips and growth opportunities. Must be 21+ to serve.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Wosters: must be 21+ for service roles.

Servers play a key role in creating the guest experience, bringing energy, personality, and versatility to an upscale entertainment venue offering Bistro dining, Bowling, and Bocce. From cocktailing and dining service to events and games, servers must read their guests and deliver exceptional, memorable service—all while having fun and making great money.

It is preferable to have previous restaurant experience, but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.

What you'll be doing:

• Provides memorable guest service
• Accurately takes orders
• Able to answer questions regarding the menu
• Taking orders in a timely fashion
• Work together as a cohesive team with other servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently
• Offer suggestions and recommendations in regards to orders and drinks
• Help personalize the meal
• Process payment
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
• Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines
• In-depth knowledge of serving customers’ needs and understanding of serving food to customers
