As a Server Assistant, your primary responsibilities include assisting with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas. You will also support service by greeting guests and delivering food and drinks, all while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a lively environment.
2. Communicate promptly and effectively with your supervisor about any issues.
3. Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
4. Follow sanitation procedures and alcohol awareness policies.
5. Assess guest behavior and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
6. Ensure food is garnished properly and delivered accurately and timely.
7. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to needs promptly.
8. Assist with clearing, refilling beverages, and restocking supplies.
9. Support servers with guest seating and party setup or breakdown.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
11. Foster a cooperative and positive working environment.
12. Communicate effectively with guests and team members, and adhere to dress code.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.

4. Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
