Job Summary

The Server Assistant at The Alston is an integral component of our esteemed service team, ensuring the seamless orchestration of the dining experience. Responsibilities

• Impeccable Table Stewardship:
• Maintain the pristine condition of all tables, ensuring clearing and resetting with an unwavering attention to detail, adhering to The Alston’s service standards.
• Uphold the presentation of the dining room, ensuring all surfaces, furnishings, and service stations reflect the restaurant’s elegant ambiance.
• Execute the precise placement of silverware, glassware, and linens, demonstrating a mastery of fine dining table settings.
• Refined Service Support:
• Assist service staff with the graceful delivery of culinary and beverages, ensuring a harmonious flow of service.
• Provide anticipatory service, discreetly replenishing water glasses and bread offerings, demonstrating a keen awareness of guest needs.
• Contribute to the creation of a seamless and memorable dining experience through attentive and unobtrusive support.
