Our Servers Assistants are the ambassadors of hospitality in our dining rooms and must have a passion for delivering great service. Their job is to guide our guests through an engaging and tailored experience, driven by their knowledge of Moody Tongue's food program. They are responsible for upholding company standards of quality, efficiency, and hospitality, and for fostering a positive work environment.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Server Assistant who can perform calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, is capable of multi-tasking, and has a passion for genuine hospitality and food and beverage.

• Must have at least 1 year of Server Assistant experience in a system-based, full-service, high-volume restaurant setting with knowledge of Michelin-Level service.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests, showcasing knowledge of our food and concept.
• Experience in creating a positive work environment through team support; a great attitude and team spirit.
• Compliance with state, federal, and business regulations, including responsible alcohol service, certifications, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand and walk steadily for up to 8 hours or more.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Hold both State of Illinois Allergy and Food Handlers certifications.
