Job summary

Cache Creek Casino in Brooks, CA is seeking a detail-oriented server to join our dining team. You will be expected to be familiar with sanitation procedures, communicate clearly with guests, anticipate needs, and collaborate with coworkers to deliver a smooth guest experience.

Prior experience includes at least six months in a restaurant setting; must be 21+ and able to lift up to 25 pounds. Training covers safety rules and alcohol awareness as required by policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.

Summary

This position requires an individual to be detail orientated, familiar with current sanitation procedures, excellent communication skills, anticipating guest’s needs and working closely with co-workers.

Experience and/or Education

Six months restaurant experience (bussing, serving, and/or bartending).

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
