Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our food service team. You will be responsible for understanding menu items, observing service standards, and assisting with side work while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 6 months of restaurant experience, the ability to read safety rules, and good math and communication skills. Must be 21+ and able to work with the bartending staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months restaurant experience (bussing, serving, and/or bartending).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Have complete understanding of menu item.
• Follow sequence of service standards.
• Perform all side work duties as assigned.
• Able to converse with guests and address needs as required.
• Work with bartender on stocking and cleaning areas of bar as required.
• Maintain and inventory equipment on monthly basis to insure adequate counts for service.

Summary

This position requires an individual to be detail orientated, familiar with current sanitation procedures, excellent communication skills, anticipating guest’s needs and working closely with co-workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
