Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly server for the Aria Lounge at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel. You will take and serve guest orders with MICROS, ensuring guest satisfaction and a warm, efficient dining experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and can handle shifts up to 10–12 hours. We offer competitive wages, a robust benefits package, and discounts across Crescent-managed properties.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work night shifts and long hours when needed.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As a server in the Aria Lounge, the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel’s contemporary casual restaurant open for dinner and drinks, your typical day will be using the operating system MICROS to take and serve guest orders to the high standards of customer satisfaction that we take pride in.

You are a night owl and a prime example of a team player. You are relentlessly reliable and don’t mind shifts up to 10-12 hours. You know how to make a guest feel special even when it is a busy night and are able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are able to keep a quick pace and lift heavy trays up to 30 lbs when needed.
