Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Outlets Supervisor at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel to lead our front-of-house team and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will supervise daily restaurant outlets, act in the Director of Outlets' absence, and ensure service standards. Must have at least 1 year of leadership in a restaurant or hotel and experience with MICROS.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• Experience with the MICROS POS system.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house food & beverage team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee all restaurant outlets in the hotel and maintain Crescent standards.
• In the absence of the Director of Outlets, supervise operations and staffing.
• Coordinate scheduling across days, evenings and weekends.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Restaurant Outlets Supervisor, you will be working with our front-of-house food & beverage team to ensure all restaurant outlets in the hotel are operating in accordance with our high standards of guest satisfaction. You will lead the team in the absence of the Director of Outlets and ensure the satisfaction of our guests who patron the outlets within the hotel.
