Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a server for the Aria Lounge at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a dining experience that reflects our commitment to service.

This role uses the MICROS system to input orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar, with shifts up to 10–12 hours. We offer competitive wages, a generous benefits package, and discounts for you and your family.

• Night owl with strong team spirit.
• Relentlessly reliable and willing to work 10–12 hour shifts.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain high service standards.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a server in the Aria Lounge, the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel’s contemporary casual restaurant open for dinner and drinks, your typical day will be using the operating system MICROS to take and serve guest orders to the high standards of customer satisfaction that we take pride in.

You are a night owl and a prime example of a team player. You are relentlessly reliable and don’t mind shifts up to 10-12 hours. You know how to make a guest feel special even when it is a busy night and are able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are able to keep a quick pace and lift heavy trays up to 30 lbs when needed.
