Role Description

The Server and Cashier role is a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX. This role includes greeting guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of items to tables. The Server and Cashier processes payments, handles cash and electronic transactions, and issues receipts while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining cleanliness in the dining and bar areas, restocking supplies, answering guest questions about menu items and promotions, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. The individual in this role is expected to provide courteous, efficient service, follow all safety and hygiene standards, and support the overall guest experience during busy shifts and special events.
