Responsibilities

• Maintains working knowledge of full food and drink menu and makes recommendations.
• Observe dining experience, confirm guest satisfaction, respond to requests.
• Provide prompt guest checks and receipts, keep service areas clean and stocked.
• Assist busser or fellow servers with clearing and resetting tables.
• Deliver friendly, engaged service with appropriate eye contact and conversation.
• Follow safety guidelines and hotel policies; adhere to liquor regulations.
• Participate in daily shift meetings and uphold brand pillars.
