Job summary

Arrow Senior Living Management's Gardens at Arkanshire in Springdale, AR is seeking a part-time server to warmly greet residents, support dining services, and help ensure a welcoming mealtime experience.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a positive, energetic attitude toward residents; shift Mondays and Sundays 7:00am–2:00pm; pay range $15–$19.75 per hour with benefits including 401(k) match and insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at 8th‑grade level or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, ensure they feel welcome, and foster social dining experiences.
• Prepare tables and dining areas for efficient service.
• Bus tables, tidy dining rooms, and assist residents during meals as needed.
• Communicate dietary observations to supervisors and Wellness staff.

We are looking for someone (like you)

• To be a Titan of Tidiness: Bussing tables, sweeping floors – we know it’s not glamorous, but this important role plays a crucial part in making the community something we can be proud of.
• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
