Arrow Senior Living in Springfield, MO is hiring a Server for a Full-Time shift from 11:30am to 7:30pm, Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Compensation ranges from $15 to $22.25 per hour, with benefits including 401(k) matching, medical and vision coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsabilités

• Assist with dining room service and table prep as needed.
• Keep dining areas tidy by bussing tables and cleaning up spills or debris.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
