Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Rogers, AR is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, assist with dining service, and maintain a welcoming dining room. You will engage with residents, help prep and bussing, and support a high-quality, home-like community atmosphere.

The role requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a part-time schedule (Mon, Tue, Wed, 7:00am–2:30pm) and a pay range of $15–$19.75 per hour. Benefits are offered as listed in the job description.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• English reading, writing, and speaking at 8th grade proficiency or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents as needed.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster social connections.
• Assist with prepping and bussing as part of service flow.
• Communicate dietary observations and changes to supervisors and Wellness.

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

7:00am to 2:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
