Arrow Senior Living in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a part-time Server to create a welcoming dining experience for residents. You will greet residents, assist at tables, and help maintain a cheerful, orderly dining room.

Responsibilities include bussing, table prep, and collaborating with wellness staff to monitor residents' dietary needs, with a focus on safety and hospitality. Prioritizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude toward residents.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• English reading/writing at least 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with food service prep and table setup to support meals.
• Buss and tidy dining areas, keeping floors clear and clean.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness about residents' dietary changes and needs.

Monday and Sunday

11:30am to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist”: Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
