Ridgemere Ltd. is seeking a Part-Time Server in Conway, AR to warmly greet residents and support dining services. The role involves helping with meal service, table prep, bussing, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Candidates should be at least 16, able to read and speak English well, and maintain an energetic attitude toward residents. Physical tasks include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Shift schedule evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read/write/understand/communicate in English at 8th grade proficiency or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle and foster connections.
• Prepare tables for service and assist with meal prep and table settings.
• Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain a clean community environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness team about residents' dietary changes and meal attendance.

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
