Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server for Vitalia Active Adult Community in North Olmsted, OH. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and a friendly, team-centered dining environment located at 29801 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070.

Shifts include Monday–Sunday schedule with 6:30am–2:00pm; the role emphasizes welcoming residents, providing attentive service, and maintaining a tidy dining area while supporting residents with meals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards Residents.
• Physically active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room; mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare for service: table setup, salads, and rolling silverware to ensure smooth meal service.
• Buss and tidy: clear and clean tables, sweep floors to maintain a clean dining area.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff when dietary habits change or residents miss meals.

What are we looking for?
