Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH is hiring a part-time Server to warmly greet residents, assist with dining services, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds while supporting residents during meals.

You will work at Vitalia Montrose, 4041 Heritage Center Drive, with scheduled shifts Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00pm–7:30pm, contributing to a home-like community for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active; ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting after a fall.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connection.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, and roll silverware.
• Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness about dietary changes observed.

What are we looking for?
