Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server in Rogers, AR. You will greet residents, support meal service, and help keep the dining room welcoming and clean.

Position requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a friendly, energetic attitude toward residents; shifts include Mon/Tue/Sun 4:00pm–7:00pm with a pay range of $15–$19.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster a friendly environment.
• Assist with meal service prep and table setting as part of a team.
• Buss tables and maintain cleanliness to contribute to a tidy community.
• Communicate dietary observations and changes to Supervisors and Wellness.

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
