Gardens at Arkanshire in Springdale, AR is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, assist with dining room service, and keep the dining area welcoming and clean. The role requires a positive, energetic attitude and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Must read/write/understand/communicate in English at an 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents connect.
• Assist with meal service prep and clearing tables to maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate any changes in residents' appetites or dietary needs to supervisors.

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
