Arrow Senior Living in Rogers, AR is seeking a full-time Server to greet residents, assist with dining service, and keep tables tidy. Shifts run Tue–Sat from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm, with a pay range of $15 to $19.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Able to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist Residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet Residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room; mingle, entertain, and foster connections.
• Prepare tables and dining areas; assist with table setup and serving.
• Assist with bussing, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
• Communicate dietary observations or changes in appetite to Supervisors and Wellness staff.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

6:30am to 2:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
