Vitalia North Olmsted is seeking part-time servers to greet residents, assist with dining service, and maintain a warm, friendly community environment in North Olmsted, OH.

Qualified candidates are 16+, fluent in English, energetic, able to stand all shift, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Training provided; benefits available for FT/PT roles.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and create a welcoming dining room atmosphere.
• Support meal service by being prepared and attentive to residents' needs.
• Assist with bussing tables, tidying spaces, and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Communicate dietary changes or concerns to supervisors and Wellness staff.

Shift Schedule—

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday

4:00pm to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist”: Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
