Vitalia North Olmsted in North Olmsted, OH is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents and support dining services in the community.

Shifts are Wednesday through Saturday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm with a pay range of $15–$23.25 per hour. This role emphasizes a friendly presence, efficient service, and helping residents enjoy meals in a caring environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout shifts.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and create a welcoming dining environment.
• Assist with meal service preparation and table setup.
• Bus tables, keep dining rooms tidy and clean after meals.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff as needed.

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
