Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Server in Copley, OH to greet residents, take orders, and deliver meals in a home‑like dining room. You’ll bring a friendly, energetic attitude and help residents feel valued throughout service.

Responsibilities include welcoming residents, helping with meal prep and service, and keeping dining areas tidy. The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connections.
• Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain a tidy dining environment.
• Assist with meal service and ensure residents are attended to during dining.

Server pay range: $15 - $21 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday

4:00pm to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?
