Arrow Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Part-Time Server to greet residents, support dining services, and maintain a welcoming, tidy dining environment. You will engage with residents, help with service prep, and coordinate dietary notes with supervisors.

Ideal candidates are 16+, fluent in English, energetic, and able to stand/walk for shifts, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits and growth are promoted within the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to read, write, understand English at an 8th grade level.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.

Monday and Sunday

7:00am to 2:30pm

• Be an Appetite Anthropologist: Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
