Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server in Saint Joseph, MO. You will greet residents, ensure a welcoming dining room, and assist with meal service while maintaining a tidy dining area.

The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds; applicants must be at least 16, fluent in English, and able to engage positively with residents.

Responsibilities

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

4:00pm to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
