Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, IN. The role focuses on greeting residents, providing friendly service, and supporting daily dining operations.

Responsibilities include dining room presence, prep tasks, and maintaining a tidy dining area while engaging residents to enhance their quality of life. This position offers part-time hours with a shift from 4:30pm to 7:30pm on select days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must read/write/understand English at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining area.
• Assist with dining service prep and tidying tasks.
• Clear tables, sweep floors, and maintain a clean community environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff as needed.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday

4:30pm to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
