Arrow Senior Living in Zionsville, IN is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and promote safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter information about Residents.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Foster an inclusive and positive environment through dedication to residents, team members, and the community.

Care Partner pay range: $20 - $20 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Friday

Week 2: Wednesday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
