As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests’ needs and inquiries promptly.
• Prepare and serve food items as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Process payments using cash registers or POS systems efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server role or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, OpenTable, or similar reservation software is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
