Job summary

Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, OH is hiring a Part-Time Server to greet residents, seat guests, and support a warm dining room experience. You will engage with residents, maintain service standards, and contribute to a welcoming community.

Shifts are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 3:30pm to 7:00pm, with pay ranging from $15 to $19 per hour. Applicants must be at least 16, able to stand and lift, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster community connections.
• Bussing tables, sweeping floors, and maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Wellness about residents' dietary needs and changes.

What are we looking for?

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
