Job summary

The Parkside in Peachtree Corners is hiring a high-energy server who thrives in a fast-paced, full-service setting. You will engage guests with warmth, guide them through menu choices, and help deliver memorable dining experiences.

We offer competitive pay (hourly rate plus tips) and flexible scheduling. If you have at least 2 years of serving experience and a passion for hospitality, we’d love to meet you and welcome you to our team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving in a full-service restaurant.
• Bartending experience is a plus.
• Leadership or shift lead experience is a plus.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm, and remain positive during busy shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and charisma
• Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
• Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system
• Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and correctly
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to make each experience memorable
• Maintain awareness of your section and surrounding tables at all times
• Process payments accurately and responsibly
• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to keep service flowing smoothly
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
• Complete side work and scheduled cleaning duties
• Stay guest- and culture-focused throughout every shift
• Comply with all food safety, alcohol service, and restaurant regulations
