Job summary

Savage Pizza in Norcross, GA is seeking a high-energy server to bring our dining experience to life with warm, attentive service and strong menu knowledge. You will connect with guests, guide recommendations, and ensure smooth, prompt service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of serving in a full-service restaurant, plus bartending or leadership experience. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; a genuine passion for hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Bartending experience is a huge plus.
• Leadership or shift lead experience is a plus.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm, and remain positive during busy shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and charisma.
• Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and correctly.
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to make each experience memorable.
• Maintain awareness of your section and surrounding tables at all times.
• Process payments accurately and responsibly.
• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Complete side work and scheduled cleaning duties.
• Stay guest- and culture-focused throughout every shift.
• Comply with all food safety, alcohol service, and restaurant regulations.
