Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH. This full-time role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00am–6:00pm, with a pay range of $15–$23 per hour.

Join a team that values resident-focused service and a warm, home-like environment. Responsibilities include greeting Residents, assisting with meals, keeping the dining area tidy, and communicating any dietary observations to the Supervisors.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• English literacy at least 8th-grade level with Residents communication.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Must be physically active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds; assist Residents with sitting, standing, and mobility; criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet Residents and foster a welcoming dining room atmosphere.
• Prepare tables and utensils to ensure smooth service.
• Clear and buss tables, sweep floors, maintain a clean community environment.
• Monitor Residents’ dietary needs and communicate unusual changes to Supervisors.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

11:00am to 6:00pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist”: Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
