Ridgemere Ltd. in Conway, AR is seeking a Part-Time Server to join our community dining program. The role involves greeting residents, supporting meal service, and creating a warm, home-like environment.

Schedule includes Monday and Sunday, 11:30am–7:30pm, with a pay range of $15–$19.50 per hour and resident-focused teamwork. Candidates should be at least 16, able to communicate in English, and comfortable with standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

We are looking for someone (like you)

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
