The Boulevard Senior Living-Wentzville in Wentzville, MO is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, help in dining operations, and keep the dining area welcoming and tidy. This role supports meal service, table prep, and resident engagement with a focus on care and hospitality.

Candidates should be at least 16, fluent in English at 8th-grade level, and able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds. A criminal background check is required, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• To greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for meals, and roll silverware to support meal service.
• Bus tables, sweep floors and maintain a clean dining environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when dietary changes or appetite concerns arise.
