Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our residents while helping create a warm, welcoming dining experience every day.

Full-Time schedule from 6:30am to 3:00pm offers a predictable day, with no late-night closings. Pay ranges from $20–$24 per hour, based on experience, and the community provides a robust benefits package, including 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, life

Qualifications

• High school sophomore year completion is required.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with breakfast service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Set tables and maintain dining room stations.
• Take resident orders, answer menu questions, and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Serve meals using proper dining etiquette and hospitality standards.
