Postino WineCafe, part of UPWARD PROJECTS, is hiring a Server in Texas. You will guide guests through ordering, enter items into the POS, deliver meals, and present checks with efficient payment processing.

The role emphasizes teamwork, brand hospitality, and maintaining standards in a fast-paced setting. Requires 1 year of full-service restaurant experience and required certifications; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant experience or combined industry experience.
• State Food Handler's Management Certification is required.
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required.
• High-school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Server your responsibility is to work in a team setting to deliver a full service experience to guests by guiding guests through the process of ordering food and beverages, accurately entering the items into the POS system, delivering completed items to the guest, presenting the check in a timely manner and completing payment. This position works with other service positions to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their experience.
