Job summary

Knollwood Community is hiring friendly, compassionate team players to join our dietary team. We have full-time and part-time positions with an hourly wage of $18.40; shifts include day, evening and night.

You will assist patients with menu selection and deliver meals promptly while upholding service excellence. Responsibilities include ensuring meals match orders and diets, preparing cold/hot items, delivering and collecting menus, and adhering to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work in a team.
• Preferred: culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selection and deliver meals.
• Ensure each patient receives meals matching orders and diet.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
