Job summary

Punch Bowl Social in Arlington, VA is hiring Servers who thrive in a vibrant, guest-focused environment. You’ll create standout guest experiences with your team and help guests navigate the menu, especially around allergens and dietary needs.

You'll confidently highlight craft cocktails, local beers, and unique beverage options, guide guests on how to get the most from Punch Bowl Social, and use Toast POS to enter orders and process payments. Must be 21+ and enjoy a fast-paced setting.

• Creating standout guest experiences alongside your team
• Helping guests navigate the menu with close attention to allergens and dietary needs
• Confidently highlighting craft cocktails, local beers & unique beverage options
• Guiding guests on how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
• Following steps of service to meet brand standards
• Using TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments
• Keeping tables dialed in—everything guests need, nothing they don’t
• Assisting with stocking and maintaining the server station
