Punch Bowl Social is seeking friendly servers to join our team in Minneapolis. Be part of a vibrant crew delivering memorable guest experiences with craft cocktails and creative bites.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant/bar environments is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to create outstanding guest experiences.
• Be a welcoming host and guide guests on how to enjoy Punch Bowl Social.
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards.
• Enter orders and process payments using Aloha POS.
• Keep tables clean and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Assist guests with allergen information and craft beverage options.
• Help keep the server station stocked and organized.

What you'll be doing:

• Working alongside a team to create excellent guest experiences
• Be a proud host and guide guests on how to enjoy Punch Bowl Social
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
• Uses Aloha POS for entering orders/processing payments
• Keeping your tables on point, ensuring guests have everything they need and nothing they don't
• Helping guests navigate the menu, with close attention to allergens and highlighting out craft beverage options
• Assisting at keeping the server station stocked
