Job summary

Uni Giessen in New York is looking for friendly staff to deliver a fresh dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant. You will greet guests, explain the menu, take orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bartenders to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through offerings with knowledge of ingredients, maintaining guest rapport, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. Tips are expected in this role, with a supportive team atmosphere.

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food,beverages and ingredients
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beveragesthat meet or exceed guests' expectations
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of andbuilds their intent to return
• Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
