Job summary

Uni Giessen is seeking a guest-focused server to join our team in Columbia, MD. You will guide guests through menus, explain items, and take accurate orders while coordinating with teammates to deliver food and beverages that meet high standards.

Deliver friendly, attentive service to ensure guests feel valued and likely to return. You will assist with maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe dining area in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest anddelivering an exceptional dining experience by

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food,beverages and ingredients
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beveragesthat meet or exceed guests' expectations
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of andbuilds their intent to return
• Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
