Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience with a combination of food, drinks and games.
• Enter orders into Micros quickly and accurately.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and food garnishing guidelines.
• Operate credit card machines and handle cash accurately.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and assess guest behavior.
• Greet newly seated guests in a timely manner and maintain a thorough understanding of menu items.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks, replenish supplies and maintain station cleanliness.
• Assist in party set up and breakdown, bussing, resetting tables and assisting other team members.
• Participate in sales incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious climate.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to read and communicate in English.
• Demonstrated ability to operate Micros, make changes, conduct accurate credit card transactions and account for monies at the end of each shift.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Physical demands: lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk 100% of shift, reach, bend and stoop frequently; work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment.
