Job summary

Arizona National Golf Club in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Server to join Troon Golf, LLC. You will deliver friendly food and beverage service, process orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of service experience, understand fine and casual dining, and can work legally to serve alcohol. Join a global leader in golf and community management and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of food service experience.
• Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma.
• Understanding of fine and casual dining.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Display knowledge of the F&B menu.
• Take guests' food and/or drink orders and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in a timely manner.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Check back to ensure guest satisfaction and replenish as needed.
• Suggest desserts, coffee and other items when applicable.
• Handle cash and/or credit cards following SOPs.
• Keep tables, dining room and work stations sanitized and organized.
• Listen and respond to customer complaints.
• Perform cleanup and closing procedures as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

We are looking for servers who want to make great money and have fun while serving our guests.

The Servers are integral to the guest experience and provide food & beverage services to the guests of the property. The server will be processing orders and serving food & beverage items to customers, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

• 1-2 years of food service experience

• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested
• Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessary
• Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures
• Keeps tables, dining room and work station(s) sanitized and organized
• Listen and respond to customer complaints
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
