Job summary

THE FLAME in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time server to deliver friendly, attentive service to restaurant guests. You will greet and seat guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

You will handle payments, check dishes for presentation, and collaborate with staff to provide an exceptional dining experience. The role requires standing, lifting up to 15 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a Part-time Non-Exempt position.


• Flexibility in working hours is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are the peak times for restaurant operations.


• Mandatory meetings and participating in training.
