Job summary

Lac du Flambeau Business Development Corporation is seeking a part-time server to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will take orders, deliver meals and beverages, process payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Applicants should be dependable, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior server or POS experience is a plus.

Summary/Objective:

The position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests. Servers take orders and deliver food and beverages to restaurant guests while ensuring exceptional customer service. Handle payments and maintain cleanliness in their work environment.

Work Environment:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a Part-time Non-Exempt position.
• Flexibility in working hours is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are the peak times for restaurant operations.
• Mandatory meetings and participating in training.
