Qualifications

As a Server, you will greet guests, explain menu offerings and specials, take and process food and beverage orders, and serve items with accuracy and professionalism. You will use your knowledge of the menu to make recommendations, identify opportunities to upsell, and respond promptly to guest needs. Your attention to detail will support accurate payments, clean dining areas and smooth service throughout each shift.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests, explain specials, answer questions and make informed food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system and prepare itemized guest checks.
• Serve food and beverages while checking back regularly to support guest satisfaction.
• Process guest payments accurately, including collecting cash, providing change and completing transactions.
• Pre-bus tables by removing used dishes, utensils, glasses and trash throughout service.
• Maintain clean, welcoming dining and service areas by completing assigned side work.
• Complete pre-shift and post-shift responsibilities as directed by the manager.

What you’ll bring

• Customer service and/or food and beverage experience.
• Required Serve Safe, TIPS or other applicable state alcohol certification.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong guest service, interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn and use cash-handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-demand service environment.

It’s a plus if you have

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience supporting broader F&B and guest-facing operations , including floor coverage, guest engagement, activities, and recreation support.
